Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Radiologic Technologist to join a healthcare team in the Presque Isle area. This is a full-time opportunity for a technologist who is committed to providing high-quality imaging services while delivering excellent patient care in a community-focused setting.

In this role, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures and work closely with physicians to ensure accurate and timely results.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine diagnostic X-ray procedures in accordance with physician orders
• Ensure proper patient positioning and imaging techniques for optimal image quality
• Operate and maintain radiographic equipment
• Follow radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff
• Review images for quality and accuracy prior to submission
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication throughout procedures

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• ARRT certification required
• Active Maine state license (or eligibility) preferred
• Prior experience preferred (new grads may be considered)
• Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
