Radiologic Technologist (X ray) – Full Time

Location: Central Vermont Region Setting: Hospital based imaging (Rutland Regional) Schedule: Day, evening, and night shifts available; other shifts may be available upon inquiry.

About the Role

This Radiologic Technologist role supports a busy hospital imaging department serving the Central Vermont region. With multiple openings across several shifts, this team is expanding to meet growing patient volume. You’ll perform high quality diagnostic radiographic exams in a collaborative, patient focused environment that spans emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine diagnostic radiographic procedures following established protocols

• Ensure proper patient positioning, image quality, and radiation safety

• Support imaging needs across emergency, inpatient, and outpatient departments

• Document exams, patient history, and imaging details in the EMR

• Maintain equipment readiness and assist with departmental workflow

• Provide compassionate, efficient care in a fast paced clinical environment

• Follow all regulatory, safety, and quality guidelines

Requirements

• ARRT (R) certification

• Vermont state license required (or willing to obtain)

• Previous hospital imaging experience preferred

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment

• Ability to adapt to varying patient acuity levels and clinical demands
