Radiologic Technologist (X ray) – Full Time

Location: Northwestern Vermont Region Setting: Hospital based imaging (Northwestern Medical Center) Schedule: Varying schedules available; full time options of 72 or 80 hours bi weekly. Other shifts may be available upon inquiry. Sign On Bonus: $5,000

About the Role

This Radiologic Technologist role supports a growing hospital imaging department serving the Northwestern Vermont region. With multiple openings across a range of schedules, this team is expanding to meet increased patient volume. You’ll perform high quality diagnostic radiographic exams across emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings while contributing to a collaborative, patient centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine diagnostic radiographic procedures following established protocols

  • Ensure proper patient positioning, image quality, and radiation safety

  • Support imaging needs across emergency, inpatient, and outpatient departments

  • Document exams, patient history, and imaging details in the EMR

  • Maintain equipment readiness and assist with departmental workflow

  • Provide compassionate, efficient care in a fast paced clinical environment

  • Follow all regulatory, safety, and quality guidelines

Requirements

  • ARRT (R) certification

  • Vermont state license required (or willing to obtain)

  • Previous hospital imaging experience preferred

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment

  • Ability to adapt to varying patient acuity levels and clinical demands
