NEW Director of Diagnostic Imaging Opportunity

Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida Area
Schedule: Full-time | Days (No weekends)

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Director of Diagnostic Imaging to lead and oversee imaging services within a busy hospital setting. This leadership role focuses on driving operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality patient care across all imaging modalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the diagnostic imaging department
  • Lead and support technologists and supervisory staff
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Manage department budget, equipment, and inventory
  • Optimize workflow, scheduling, and patient throughput
  • Implement policies and best practices to enhance quality and safety
  • Promote patient satisfaction and a high standard of care

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of imaging experience required
  • Minimum 1 year of Director-level imaging leadership experience required
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage operations, staff, and performance improvement initiatives

Education & Licensure:

  • Associate’s degree required
  • ARRT certification required
