Radiology Technologist – Central Illinois Region

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with established protocols

• Operate imaging equipment safely and effectively

• Verify patient identity, explain procedures, and ensure comfort and safety

• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams to support accurate imaging and timely care

• Maintain equipment, exam rooms, and documentation to departmental standards

• Follow radiation safety guidelines and regulatory requirements

• Participate in call rotation as assigned

Schedule

• Full time

• Varied shifts depending on department needs

• Call rotation may apply

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

• ARRT (R) certification required (or eligible)

• Illinois state license required (or willing to obtain)

• BLS required

• Strong patient care skills and ability to work independently
