Job Title: Evening Shift Radiology Supervisor
Location: Boston, MA
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $75,000 – $105,000 annually + sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and full benefits
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Radiology Supervisor to lead our evening shift team in Boston. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a motivated technologist ready to step into a leadership role, ensuring high-quality imaging services and smooth departmental operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support radiology staff during evening shift operations
- Coordinate workflow, staffing, and patient scheduling to maintain efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards
- Assist with complex imaging procedures as needed
- Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
- Collaborate with radiologists and hospital leadership to optimize patient care
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance when necessary
Qualifications:
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
- Active Massachusetts licensure (or eligibility)
- Prior radiology experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
