Job Description

NEW Radiologic Technologist Opportunities – Multiple Openings | Northern Vermont

A healthcare facility in northern Vermont is seeking multiple full-time Radiologic Technologists to join its Diagnostic Imaging team. Positions include varying schedules with 72–80 hours bi-weekly, including day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging studies in accordance with department protocols and safety standards

  • Adapt procedures to meet individual patient and provider needs

  • Ensure radiation safety and maintain compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards

  • Complete timely clinical documentation and maintain patient confidentiality

  • Participate in quality control, workflow optimization, and process improvement initiatives

  • Assist with staff training and development as needed

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiography or advanced imaging

  • Active certification in the respective modality

  • BLS certification required

  • Strong technical, critical-thinking, and communication skills

Work Environment:

  • Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, bending, and occasional pushing/pulling

  • Exposure to electrical, mechanical, and radiation hazards; adherence to PPE protocols required
