Radiation Oncology Therapist

NEW Radiation Therapist Opportunity – Direct Hire | Permanent

Location: Grants Pass, OR Area
Schedule: Full Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm
Salary: $49 – $74/hr (based on experience)
Relocation Assistance: Eligible

Position Overview:
Seeking a compassionate and skilled Radiation Therapist to deliver accurate and precise radiation treatments following the Radiation Oncologist’s prescribed plan. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, technical expertise, and close collaboration with the oncology care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate linear accelerator and Tomotherapy units

• Deliver radiation treatments per physician prescription

• Build supportive relationships with patients throughout treatment

• Acquire patient data using CT simulation

• Develop positioning and immobilization devices

• Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, nursing, dosimetry, physics, and engineering teams

Requirements:

• Licensed in Radiation Therapy by the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) required

• ARRT(T) certification required upon start

• BLS (AHA) required upon start

• Strong knowledge of radiation oncology theory, procedures, and equipment

• CT experience highly preferred
