Radiologic Technologist – Clinical Instructor in Delaware

About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical instruction, supervision, and evaluation for radiography students in hospital and outpatient imaging settings
• Demonstrate proper radiographic positioning, radiation safety, and imaging protocols
• Support students in developing critical thinking, patient care, and workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with program leadership to ensure curriculum alignment with ARRT and accreditation standards
• Maintain accurate student performance records and provide timely feedback
• Serve as a clinical resource for technologists and assist with onboarding when needed
• Promote a positive learning environment and uphold standards of care

What We’re Looking For

• ARRT (R) certification
• Delaware state license required (or willing to obtain)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical radiography experience; prior teaching or preceptor experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills
• Ability to model professionalism, patient centered care, and safe imaging practices
• Comfort working in a fast paced clinical environment with diverse learners

Schedule & Setting

• Full time, onsite clinical instruction across Beebe Healthcare imaging departments
