My client, a well-established general acute care hospital is seeking a permanent CT Technologist to join its Diagnostic Imaging team. This hospital provides services including emergency care, surgery, women’s and children’s services, cardiac care, stroke care, and more.

Schedule: Multiple shift available

The CT Technologist performs a variety of computed tomography procedures for pediatric and adult patients, ensuring high-quality imaging while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with departmental protocols, safety standards, and age-specific criteria
  • Prepare, position, and educate patients to ensure accurate imaging and a positive patient experience
  • Serve as a customer service representative to patients, families, physicians, and other clinical staff
  • Participate in quality control, performance improvement, and organizational improvement initiatives
  • Act as a clinical and technical resource to other technologists and radiologists
  • Maintain equipment functionality and report any issues promptly
  • Participate in call rotations to support departmental staffing needs

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
  • California Radiologic Technologist license (upon hire)
  • BLS (upon hire)
  • ARRT in Radiography (upon hire)
  • ARRT in Computed Tomography within 1 year of hire

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience performing CT scans in a hospital or outpatient imaging setting
  • Experience with both adult and pediatric CT imaging
