Position Overview

As Supervisor – Echocardiology, you will lead daily operations of the echocardiography unit, ensuring clinical efficiency and quality. Reporting to the Cardiovascular Services Manager, you’ll oversee staffing, quality improvement, technical training, and the deployment of echocardiography services—while bringing your own clinical expertise as a registered echocardiographer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily functions of the echocardiography department, including workflow, staffing, and clinical quality

  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives and competency evaluations

  • Recruit, orient, and mentor new staff; manage schedules and personnel records

  • Serve as the echocardiography technical expert, managing equipment and training needs

  • Perform echocardiography procedures alongside supervisory responsibilities as needed

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $106,928 – $168,816 annually
