Supervisor – Echocardiology (Day Shift)

You will supervise and coordinate department activities, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high technical and clinical standards. This position plays a critical role in quality improvement initiatives, staff recruitment, training, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and clinical activities of the Echocardiology/Cardiology Department, working closely with management teams

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement (QI) programs

• Recruit, orient, and train new staff; maintain personnel records, schedules, competency testing, and performance evaluations

• Provide expert technical guidance regarding echocardiographic equipment and procedures

• Perform echocardiographic exams in accordance with professional and institutional standards

• Collaborate across departments to ensure patient-centered care and operational efficiency

Compensation

Base Salary: $106,900 – $168,800 (California market, full-time position)
Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premium pay, or bonus opportunities depending on role specifics.
