Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray (Nights)

Position Summary

Provide mobile diagnostic imaging services including X-Ray and EKG to post-acute care patients in various settings such as skilled nursing facilities, prisons, and home health environments. Perform exams ordered by physicians using portable digital or computed radiography equipment.

Shift Details

• Nights: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (8 hours)

• Monday to Friday

• Weekend work may be required based on caseload; overtime applies

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and process mobile X-Rays using digital (DR) or computed (CR) equipment

• Obtain clinically diagnostic and technically competent images

• Perform EKGs as needed and transmit results for interpretation

• Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily following protocol

• Maintain regular communication with dispatch and management

• Maintain and care for portable X-Ray equipment and assigned vehicle

• Travel to assigned care sites for diagnostic procedures

Physical Demands

• Ability to push/pull portable equipment weighing 50-100 lbs multiple times daily

• Use of vehicle ramps and pulleys to assist with equipment handling

• Work requires physical mobility and stamina in varied care environments

• This is a permanent, full-time position

• State licensure reimbursement available after 90 days of employment
