Radiology Technologist in Florida

Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Ocala, FL
Available Shifts:

• Days (Rotating Weekends)

• Nights (Rotating Weekends)
  Compensation: $25 – $35/hr (depending on experience)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Radiologic Technologist to join our team. This role primarily involves performing X-rays on patients while practicing radiation safety precautions (ALARA). You will work closely with providers and a collaborative team to ensure exceptional patient care. New grads are welcome!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate X-rays as ordered by providers.

• Prepare and transmit images to radiologists for review.

• Room patients, including recording vital signs and patient history.

• Assist patients and providers with walking, transfers, exam prep, and specimen collection.

• Maintain cleanliness and stock of imaging rooms.

• Transport patients as needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

• ARRT accredited and Florida state licensed.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of start.

• No prior experience required; new graduates welcome.
