NEW X-Ray Tech / Radiology Technologist Opening

NEW Permanent X-Ray Tech Opening - Southern Pennsylvania

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general and specialized diagnostic X-ray procedures (e.g., OR, trauma, complex portable studies)

• Obtain and document patient history, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfort and safety

• Operate digital imaging equipment, ensure image quality, and troubleshoot PACS/EHR issues

• Mentor and guide other technologists; collaborate on quality improvement initiatives

• Maintain radiation safety and participate in departmental projects such as QA testing or workflow standardization

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program

• Minimum 2 years of radiologic technologist experience

• ARRT certification in Radiography or a related modality (e.g., Cardiac Interventional, Vascular Interventional, Radiation Therapy) required

• BLS certification required

• Proficiency in positioning, image quality evaluation, and safe patient handling
