MRI Technologist – Full-Time (Weds–Sat, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
Location: Gainesville, FL

We’re working with a well-respected healthcare facility in Gainesville, FL that is seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist to join their imaging team. This is a full-time, weekday-based schedule (Wednesday through Saturday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) – perfect for those looking to enjoy a long weekend every week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures independently

• Operate MRI equipment while ensuring patient comfort and safety

• Apply critical thinking and sound judgment in a fast-paced clinical setting

• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and fellow techs for optimal workflow

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited MRI program preferred

• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification preferred, or eligible to sit for certification within 12 months of hire

• Prior experience in MRI or Radiology departments strongly preferred

• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy a plus

• Current BLS certification required

Note: Candidates not currently MRI registered may be asked to complete the MIC "MRI Cross-Trainer" based on experience.
