Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily radiology department operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care

• Manage staffing schedules, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for radiology staff

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation requirements

• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and administrative staff to improve imaging services

• Develop and maintain radiology policies and procedures

• Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate with vendors for repairs and upgrades

• Lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and service delivery

• Manage budgets, billing processes, and operational metrics reporting
