Position Summary:

This role involves assisting with a variety of specialized radiologic procedures in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab setting, while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, radiation safety, and image accuracy. You'll work closely with cardiologists and the broader interventional team to support diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform specialized radiographic imaging during interventional procedures

• Deliver patient care and monitoring throughout procedures

• Ensure radiation safety standards are followed for patients and staff

• Assist physicians with real-time imaging support during cath lab cases

• Maintain and operate imaging equipment according to protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Hawaii State Radiologic Technologist license

• Current BLS certification

• At least 1 year of experience in an acute care setting preferred

• Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills

• Experience in cath lab or special procedures highly desirable

Physical & Environmental Conditions:

• Frequent lifting, pushing/pulling (up to 50 lbs), and repetitive motion

• Extended periods of standing and walking

• Exposure to infectious materials, chemicals, and radiation

• High-stress, fast-paced environment with variable shift needs

• May include occasional outdoor or off-unit activity
