We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist / Radiology Tech / Rad Tech to join our team in New York. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where you’ll perform diagnostic imaging to help physicians detect and diagnose medical conditions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures as ordered by physicians.

• Position patients correctly to obtain clear, accurate images while minimizing exposure to radiation.

• Operate radiologic equipment and maintain its proper functioning.

• Ensure patient safety during imaging procedures, following all radiation protection protocols.

• Record and maintain patient information and imaging results.

• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Assist with the preparation of patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and understanding of the process.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent) required.

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.

• Valid state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.

• Previous experience in radiologic technology preferred, but entry-level candidates are also welcome to apply.

• Strong knowledge of radiology procedures and imaging safety protocols.

• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
