Preferred Skills - OR, ER, Level I Trauma
General Skills Experience Required - PACS and Portables - COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):
Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):
Required - Medical Exemptions Only
Travel Qualification
- Must submit a Completed Application & Skill checklist & Update Resume
- PALS, BLS, ACLS
- Request Time Off must be included at time of submission
- Will consider travelers with 1 year of experience
- Valid State or Compact License required at the time of submission
- Two professional references completed within two years of current date – must be completed by someone who worked with candidate in supervisory capacity, not a co-worker
- Locals Accepted same rate
- Candidates will float as needed
- Return Staff Policy – must be gone 6 months and still in good standing
- Copy of covid vaccination card required at submission. If requesting a medical or religious exemption traveler must provide the completed exemption request within 72 hours of acceptance (Form will be provided)
