Requirements:
• Previous IR experience current to 12 months
• Experience with Adolescent-Geriatric
• NY Rad Tech License
• ARRT (R) (VI) Preferred
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY State Rad Tech License, ARRT and BLS)
• New York license
• ARRT
• BLS (AHA)
