Requirements:
• Previous Cath Labexperience
• TRAVELER MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE ASSISTING WITH EP/ELECTROPHYSIOLOGY STUDIES - Please note proficiency clearly on profile. Must have diagnostic and invasive procedure experience
• Experience with Adolescent-Geriatric
• NY Rad Tech License to inject contrast dye per NYS guidelines
• ARRT (R) to inject contrast dye per NYS guidelines
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY State Rad Tech License, ARRT and BLS)
• New York license
• ARRT
• BLS (AHA)
