Location: Hamilton County, TX

Type: Full-time, Permanent


Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiological Technologist to join our team in Hamilton County, TX. As a Radiological Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of radiological procedures, including CT exams, Bone Density Testing, Fluoroscopic procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to patient care.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform radiological procedures, including CT exams, Bone Density Testing, Fluoroscopic procedures.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Position patients and equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
  • Operate radiological equipment and adjust settings as necessary to obtain optimal images.
  • Evaluate images for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate interpretation of images and facilitate timely diagnosis.
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation.
  • Adhere to all radiation safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Keep abreast of advancements in radiological technology and techniques.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a positive patient experience.

Requirements:

  • Valid and current Radiological Technologist certification/license in Texas.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Radiological Technologist (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in performing radiological procedures.
  • Excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to patient care and safety.

  • Competitive hourly rate up to $32/hour (depending on experience).
  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000.
  • Relocation Bonus: $5,000 (for candidates relocating from outside of Hamilton County, TX, must relocate within Hamilton County to be eligible for the bonus).

Schedule:

  • Full-time position.
  • Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
