Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiological Technologist to join our team in Hamilton County, TX. As a Radiological Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of radiological procedures, including CT exams, Bone Density Testing, Fluoroscopic procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform radiological procedures, including CT exams, Bone Density Testing, Fluoroscopic procedures.
- Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Position patients and equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Operate radiological equipment and adjust settings as necessary to obtain optimal images.
- Evaluate images for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate interpretation of images and facilitate timely diagnosis.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all radiation safety protocols and guidelines.
- Keep abreast of advancements in radiological technology and techniques.
- Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a positive patient experience.
Requirements:
- Valid and current Radiological Technologist certification/license in Texas.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Radiological Technologist (preferred).
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in performing radiological procedures.
- Excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to patient care and safety.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate up to $32/hour (depending on experience).
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000.
- Relocation Bonus: $5,000 (for candidates relocating from outside of Hamilton County, TX, must relocate within Hamilton County to be eligible for the bonus).

Schedule:
- Full-time position.
- Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
