TITLE: Radiology Tech

Summary:
Arranges patients for radiological examinations. Produces radiographs (x-rays) to aid in diagnosis of medical problems.
Prevents patient from being exposed to unnecessary radiation.
Relies on instructions & pre-established guidelines to perform functions of the job.
Works under immediate supervision.
A certain degree of creativity & latitude is required.
Qualifications:
American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) registration required.
Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices & procedures within a particular field.Prefer minimum of two years experience.
Previous CT experience preferred but willing to cross train if not.
Open to new graduates.
Additional info:
Position reports to Chief Technologist or Manager.
Position is 6am-6pm with a weekend rotation.
The range is $18hr-28hr depending on experience, shift differentials are $1.00 during the week and $2.00hr on the weekend.
