Full-time Radiology Service Line Quality Specialist needed at a top facility in New Hampshire!

The Radiology Service Line Quality Specialist is responsible to drive, implement, standardize and ensure quality within the radiology department. This role requires proven ability to build and drive strategic process improvement initiatives, and maintain quality levels in the face of rapid business growth. Will work in conjunction with the Physician Leadership Group and the local Clinical Operations Managers.

Key responsibilities include:
- Develop, maintain and update the Service Line policies, procedures, and guidelines involving quality and process improvement.
- Oversee the quality control functions and processes for the entire Service Line, working with local practices to establish total quality concepts that can be incorporated into the daily business activities.
- Provide guidance to Service Line leadership and staff representatives in the analysis, monitoring and maintenance of high levels of quality performance.
- Compile and analyze data to develop recommendations for quality improvement work.
- Partner with clinical quality leaders to lead regional clinical quality performance improvement, as needed.
- Develop goals and objectives for a regional quality assurance program.
- Create and implement quality and compliance auditing, and monitoring tools and reports for multiple geographic locations.
- Create and deploy a region-wide process improvement strategy that provides key quantitative and qualitative business intelligence as well as root cause analyses on the key performance indicators that are affecting the service delivery and the customer experience.
- Develop data reporting systems and infrastructure to support strategy execution and performance management.
- Identify commonalities across the Service Lines, and recommends region-wide process improvement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and quality adherence by working with site management, training, procedures, and tools teams.
- Support the Service Line Leaders in developing the region and establishing clinically integrated networks to meet short and long term strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Leads, Business Managers, and Operations Managers to drive both strategic and tactical quality initiatives.
- Be the regional point of contact in terms of communicating the regional quality performance and present insights on the various factors affecting the customer experience for the region as required by the business.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Quality Improvement measures, reporting requirements, and processes for the region.
- Gain consensus to push change forward while keeping variation between sites to a minimum, promote standardization.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration (MBA), Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management or other top management field required.
- Certification in Quality Management, Process Improvement or Health Management Administration (e.g., CPHQ, Lean Certification, Six Sigma Blackbelt) and 3 years in practical experience required.
- 3 years of experience in management consulting, process improvement or corporate strategy, and project management in any industry (healthcare experience highly preferred) or the equivalent in education.
- 3 years of experience in data mining, database management, and the use of statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, Minitab, R, or Stata.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Excel for database management and analyses including pivot tables, macros or visual basic, data analysis and solver functions.
- Experience in process optimization and modelling.
