Director of Radiation Oncology
Hollywood, FL
Position Highlights:
Enterprise-wide leadership of Radiation Oncology operations across all network sites, overseeing advanced modalities, physician practices, and clinical initiatives
Strategic and operational ownership including staff leadership, regulatory compliance, quality performance, and end-to-end patient care delivery
Financial and growth responsibility with full oversight of operating and capital budgets, business planning, and expansion of future regional sites
Innovation and infrastructure leadership driving technology adoption, facilities planning, and major capital projects to advance oncology services
Compensation & Benefits:
- $150,000-$185,000
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- $3,000 relocation package
- Comprehensive benefits package, including PTO and retirement plan
Qualifications:
Required Work Experience: Five (5) years' experience in Radiation Therapy with progressive leadership experience. May substitute other oncology related progressive leadership experience.
Additional Education Info: Accredited Program in Radiation Therapy. Bachelor's in a job related field. Master's preferred. May substitute Master's in health care or public health for accredited program in Radiation Therapy.
