Radiation Therapist - (Rad Ther)
StartDate: 05/27/2013Pay Rate: $40.00-45.00 *
Radiation therapist needed for 8 weeks.
Radiation therapists use linear accelerators to administer radiation treatment to patients and work closely with radiation oncologists and dosimetrists to create a treatment plan for patients. The radiation therapist also monitors a patient's physical condition to determine whether or not he/she is experiencing adverse side effects.
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology and Radiation Therapy Technology with one year experience as a Radiologic Technologist desired. CPR, ARRT Radiation Therapist and license with IL Dept. Nuc Safety required.
