A small community hospital located near Owensboro, KY is seeking a full-time MRI Technologist to join their Radiology team! Details are listed below.
Starting Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 / hourly
*Pay is negotiable based on experience
MRI Technologist Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct hire opportunity
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, Days
- Great radiology leadership and administration team
- Opportunity for the MRI Tech to cross-train
MRI Technologist Responsibilities:
- Positions patient under x-ray equipment, adjusts immobilization devices, uses appropriate shielding devices, and practices appropriate radiation protection procedures
- The MRI Technologist may specialize in acquiring X-rays and MRI scans of specific areas of the body
- MRI Technologist helps maintain the care, inventory, and use of supplies and equipment throughout the Radiology Department and the hospital
MRI Technologist Qualifications:
- Graduated from an approved school of Radiologic Technology
- ARRT Certification required
- 1+ years of X-ray experience preferred
- Open to new grads
