Job Description
Hospital in central Washington is seeking a full-time, permanent Cardiac Sonographer. CARDIAC SONOGRAPHER Under the general direction of the Director of the Cardiovascular and Respiratory, the Cardiac Sonographer performs basic and specialized echocardiography studies as ordered by physicians. |

Essential functions |
· Continuously performs ultrasound studies of the heart, including 2D, color flow, Doppler, Stress and Dobutamine Stress Echocardiograms |
· Assist physicians with Transesophageal Echocardiogram |
· Responsible for ordering supplies and maintenance of equipment; trouble shoot equipment problems and order repairs |
· Assist with process improvement initiatives, as assigned |
· Share evening and weekend on-call schedule for urgent Echocardiograms and occasionally provide relief coverage for scheduling functions, as assigned |
Requirements · Must be a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer |
· AA degree |
· Current BCLS certificate |
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) desirable |
· One to three experience as a Cardiac Sonographer |
