Job Description
CT Technologist in Alabama for permanent and full-time hire
Performs diagnostic CT examinations, prepares and positions patients, administers contrast, evaluates image quality, and works closely with radiologists. Responsibilities include radiation safety, responding to contrast reactions or other emergencies, documentation, and equipment quality checks.
- Graduation from an approved diagnostic imaging program.
- Registration in a primary ARRT or NMTCB technologist pathway within 12 months of hire.
- BLS required.
- ARRT CT registration and three or more years of CT experience preferred, rather than listed as minimum requirements.
- ACLS and an undergraduate degree preferred.
