CT/X Ray Technologist – New Mexico

Facility: Regional hospital providing inpatient, outpatient, and emergency imaging services.

Shift: 3rd shift, 9 PM–7 AM Monday–Thursday Weekend 3rd shift coverage Must have prior experience including CT Additional shift options may be available upon request.

Job Summary: This multi modality role supports a busy hospital environment requiring technologists skilled in both CT and general radiography. Responsibilities include performing high quality CT and X ray exams, preparing and positioning patients, adjusting protocols based on patient condition, and maintaining strict radiation safety standards. The technologist operates independently on overnight shifts, supports ED and inpatient workflows, ensures accurate patient identification, obtains thorough patient histories, and communicates clearly with patients and clinical staff. Prior CT experience is required due to the acuity and volume of overnight imaging.

Requirements: ARRT (R) required CT experience required ARRT (CT) preferred New Mexico licensure (or willingness to obtain) Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program BLS certification Ability to work independently on overnight shifts Strong communication and patient care skills
