CT Technologist in Maine
This full time position offers four openings supporting a regional healthcare facility, providing comprehensive CT imaging services across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings. Responsibilities include performing CT procedures using established protocols, preparing and positioning patients for optimal imaging, verifying all required patient information, and maintaining strict adherence to radiation safety standards. The technologist collaborates with physicians to complete specialized studies, responds appropriately to emergent situations, and ensures clear communication and reassurance for patients throughout the imaging process. Additional duties include maintaining equipment readiness, documenting procedures accurately, and supporting other imaging areas as needed. Candidates must have completed formal radiologic technology training, hold ARRT registration, maintain Maine licensure, and possess CPR certification. CT experience is preferred but not required. Multiple full time openings are available, and additional shift options may be available upon request.
