CT/X Ray Technologist – 3rd Shift (Night) – Deming, NM

Location: Deming, NM Area (On-site)
Schedule: Full-Time – 3rd Shift – Monday–Thursday, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Shift adjustments may occur based on departmental needs)
CT Experience: Preferred (Registration required within 2 years for NM)

Position Overview

We're excited to announce an opening for a CT/X Ray Technologist on our night shift team near Silver City, NM. Ideal candidates will have CT experience and be motivated to grow within a dynamic healthcare environment. New Mexico allows up to 2 years to obtain CT registry certification—making this a great opportunity for someone building their career.

In this role, you'll deliver high-quality imaging services during the overnight hours, supporting patient care with accuracy, professionalism, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform CT and X ray imaging studies safely and accurately during overnight hours

  • Operate imaging equipment following established protocols and safety standards

  • Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff, ensuring timely and efficient patient care

  • Maintain accurate documentation and imaging logs

  • Uphold infection control and radiation safety best practices

  • Be flexible with occasional shift adjustments to meet department needs

Qualifications

  • Valid Radiologic Technologist licensure required in New Mexico

  • CT experience preferred

  • Ability and commitment to become CT registered within 2 years, per NM state requirements

  • Proficient in operating CT and X ray systems safely

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and patient-focused approach
