Our client located in the Frankfort, Kentucky area is seeking a Breast Imaging Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should have five (5) years of experience in management within the area. An opportunity like this doesn't come up often and the client will move fast for the right individual.
Responsibilities of the Breast Imaging Manager:
- Assist the department head of Imaging Services in directing, planning, organizing and administering the mammography departments.
- Responsible for introductory and annual evaluations, competencies, and staff scheduling.
- Functions as an expert consultant to radiology services in the region.
Minimum Requirements for the Breast Imaging Manager role:
- Graduate of a program by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT)
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Mammography or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
- Current Kentucky license or eligible
- Five (5) years of experience
- Bachelors degree but MHA or MBA preferred
