Salary and Benefits

• Salary: $110,000-$140,000 based on experience
• Relocation bonus

Responsibilities

• Schedule:
  • Hybrid: Three days in the office and two remote days
  • 10-hour workdays (4x10s) may be considered
  • Part-time schedule options available
• Provide comprehensive outpatient psychological services to a diverse patient population
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention
• Collaborate with primary care providers, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators to ensure integrated, whole-person care
• Maintain an average caseload aligned with quality patient care
• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
• Provide supervision or training to students or residents if desired
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EMR system
• Support mission-driven care for underserved and uninsured communities

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Georgia (or ability to obtain)
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Experience with underserved populations preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• New graduates and experienced psychologists encouraged to apply
