• Ph.D. or PsyD in Clinical Psychology
• Active Georgia psychologist license or willingness to obtain

Compensation & Benefits
• $100,000–$150,000 annual salary range
• Productivity-based compensation tied to patient volume, with an initial 6–12-month salary guarantee
• $50,000 sign-on bonus with two-year commitment
• Medical insurance with $550–$650 monthly employer contribution; dental and vision available
• 403(b) with 3% match and 457 plan
• 15 PTO days, 10 sick days, and 10 paid holidays
• $3,500 CME allowance plus 5 additional days
• NHSC loan repayment up to $50,000 tax-free for an initial two-year commitment, subject to program approval; PSLF eligibility
• FTCA malpractice coverage and applicable employer-paid DEA renewals
