About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist or Neuropsychologist to join a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary team focused on chronic pain, brain injury rehabilitation, and behavioral medicine. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping patients improve function, resilience, and overall quality of life.

You'll work alongside physicians, therapists, and clinical staff in a patient-centered, outcomes-driven environment that values clinical excellence and collaboration.

What You'll Do

Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and behavioral health assessments
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans
  • Administer and interpret psychological/neuropsychological testing (as applicable)

Therapeutic Services

  • Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy
  • Treat patients with chronic pain, trauma, brain injury, and co-occurring conditions
  • Facilitate psychoeducational groups (coping skills, stress management, mindfulness, etc.)
  • Maintain a caseload with a minimum of ~24 clinical contact hours per week

Collaboration & Care Coordination

  • Partner with an interdisciplinary team to deliver integrated care
  • Participate in case conferences and treatment planning discussions
  • Coordinate with internal and external providers to optimize patient outcomes

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Active, unrestricted California Psychologist license
  • Experience providing assessments, therapy, and treatment planning
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

For Neuropsychologists

  • Minimum 2 years of supervised experience in neuropsychological evaluation

Preferred

  • Experience in chronic pain, brain injury, or rehabilitation settings
  • Training in CBT, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, or health psychology
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
