About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist or Neuropsychologist to join a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary team focused on chronic pain, brain injury rehabilitation, and behavioral medicine. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping patients improve function, resilience, and overall quality of life.
You'll work alongside physicians, therapists, and clinical staff in a patient-centered, outcomes-driven environment that values clinical excellence and collaboration.
What You'll Do
Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and behavioral health assessments
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Administer and interpret psychological/neuropsychological testing (as applicable)
Therapeutic Services
- Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy
- Treat patients with chronic pain, trauma, brain injury, and co-occurring conditions
- Facilitate psychoeducational groups (coping skills, stress management, mindfulness, etc.)
- Maintain a caseload with a minimum of ~24 clinical contact hours per week
Collaboration & Care Coordination
- Partner with an interdisciplinary team to deliver integrated care
- Participate in case conferences and treatment planning discussions
- Coordinate with internal and external providers to optimize patient outcomes
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
What We're Looking For
Required
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology from an accredited institution
- Active, unrestricted California Psychologist license
- Experience providing assessments, therapy, and treatment planning
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
For Neuropsychologists
- Minimum 2 years of supervised experience in neuropsychological evaluation
Preferred
- Experience in chronic pain, brain injury, or rehabilitation settings
- Training in CBT, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, or health psychology
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
