Everett Naval Station Naval – Clinical Psychologist


Summary:

Clinical Psychologist - Behavioral Health Integration Program (BHIP) –The HCW shall normally provide services Monday through Friday between the hours of 0600 and 1830. Shifts will normally be scheduled for an 8.5 or 9 hour period, to include an uncompensated 30 to 60 minute lunch break, respectively. In no instance will the HCW provide services in excess of 80 hours per two week period.


Requirements


  • APA accredited Ph.D. or Psy.D. and internship program
  • Current BLS certification
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience within the last 3 years


What you do:

Clinical Psychologist - Behavioral Health Integration Program (BHIP).The HCW shall provide services within the scope of the clinical privileges granted by the commanding officer, the applicable duties provided in the basic contract, and the following:

  • Treat individuals in times of personal crisis such as a divorce or death of a loved one.
  • Interview patients and study medical and social case histories.
  • Diagnose and evaluate mental and emotional disorders of individuals and administer programs of treatment.
