• The pay for this position is $70,907.20 for Associate & $83,200 for Fully Licensed

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm))
• Provide integrated behavioral health services to children and adolescents
• Partner closely with pediatricians and primary care teams, including facilitating warm handoffs
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional, developmental, and behavioral concerns using evidence-based tools
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy; provide substance use counseling as needed
• Support primary care teams with acute behavioral health triage
• Coordinate care with internal teams and community providers
• Ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR
• Report suspected abuse or neglect in accordance with DCF requirements

Requirements

• Current and active LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LPCA, MFTA, LMSW, or Psychologist licensed in the state of Connecticut
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• A minimum of 1 year of experience practicing as a clinician
