We’re hiring a Children & Adolescent Behavioral Health Clinician who wants a mission-driven role supporting families and youth in a vibrant, culturally rich community.
You’ll step into an integrated outpatient role focused on providing assessment, therapy, and care coordination for children and adolescents. Fully licensed and associate-level clinicians are welcome, with full team support in a collaborative medical setting.
You’ll practice in New Haven, Connecticut, a dynamic city home to Yale University, Zagat-rated dining, world-class events, and historic charm.

What makes you a great fit
• You’re licensed in Connecticut as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LPCA, MFTA, LMSW, or Psychologist
• You have at least one year of clinical experience
• You’re fluent in Spanish
• You enjoy working with children, adolescents, and families
• You value evidence-based care and collaborative treatment planning
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $70,907.20 (Associate) or $83,200 (Fully Licensed)
• Student loan repayment – up to $50,000
