• Salary: $56,613 - $74,628 (Max set at $74,628)

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, family, play, and activity therapy sessions
• Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM) schedule
• Provide services primarily in patients’ homes or community settings (approximately 75% of visits)
• Perform bio-psychosocial evaluations for children and adolescents
• Develop and implement person/family-centered treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention and case management services as needed
• Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and community agencies
• Maintain accurate and timely records in the EMR system
• Attend clinical team meetings, staff meetings, and training sessions
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations
• May assist with community, residential, or institutional placements
• Maintain an average of at least 15 client visits per week

Requirements

• Compassionate, client-focused approach
• LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, TLLP, or LLP license in the state of Michigan
• Valid Michigan driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must meet DCH qualifications as a Child Mental Health Professional (CMHP)
• Comfortable working with a population aged birth to 18, primarily with Serious Emotional Disturbances (SED); some dual diagnoses with developmental disabilities
