Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 9-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 1-hour lunch break

Position Overview
The Clinical Psychologist will provide evidence-based behavioral health services within a Primary Care Behavioral Health model, collaborating closely with medical staff in a multidisciplinary Military Treatment Facility (MTF).
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and targeted psychological evaluations
- Perform patient screenings, brief assessments, and standardized testing
- Provide evidence-based brief interventions (CBT, ACT, and other modalities)
- Assist in diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education
- Collaborate with physicians and medical staff across primary care clinics
- Monitor patient safety and implement precautionary measures when indicated
- Coordinate care with military and community agencies
- Support referrals and continuity of care across specialty services
- Deliver care in Internal Medicine, Family Health, and Warrior Operational Medicine clinics (rotational basis)
Minimum Qualifications
Education & Training
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
- Graduate of an APA-accredited doctoral program
- Completion of an APA-accredited psychology internship
Experience
- Minimum 24 months of clinical experience within the past 36 months
- Experience delivering evidence-based outpatient treatment
Licensure
- Active, unrestricted psychologist license in any U.S. state, DC, Guam, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands
OR
- Recent graduates (within 12 months) may be considered contingent upon obtaining licensure within 12 months of hire
Additional Requirements
- Board certified or board-eligible in specialty area
- BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
- Ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance
