Job Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a school based one year contract assignment in Phoenix, AZ. Candidate will evaluate sensory loss and medically complex students to conduct independent assessments.
• $101 hourly salary
• 40 hours per week, 7:30am to 3:30pm
• 1 year contract with extensions
• Very possibly could turn into PERM
Job requirements:
• Two years experience working with sensory impaired individuals
• Experience working with handicapped children
• Ability to communicate in sign language or willingness to learn
• Write comprehensive reports and communicate verbally
• Graduate of a Physical Therapist (PT) therapy program
• AZ State licensed as a Physical Therapist
• Must be able to pass FBI and State background check
