• Annual Salary: $79,414.40 – $122,241.60 USD

Schedule & Clinical Workflow

• Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (No weekends).
• The 1:1 Standard: 45-minute appointments with every patient.
• Low Volume: An average of just 8 patients per day, allowing you to focus on outcomes rather than quotas.
• Support: A highly supportive, collaborative work environment in a modern facility.

Job Summary

You will be responsible for performing Physical Therapy treatments for assigned patients with various diseases or disabilities. Beyond direct care, you will provide preventive health measures and offer technical direction to students, therapy assistants, and technicians within an interdisciplinary framework.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT preferred).
• Licensure: Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Certification: Recommended certification in basic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods with bending and stooping.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials or patients (up to/over 100 lbs).
• Adequate vision and hearing (with or without correction) for reporting and safety.
• Stamina to manage clinical responsibilities and stressful situations effectively.
