Outpatient Physical Therapist | 1:1 Hour Sessions in Boutique Pilates-Based Clinic

Location: Evergreen Park, Illinois.

Schedule Focus: Afternoons/Early Evenings (approx. 3:30 pm – 8:00 pm).

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $90,000 / year depending on experience.

WellTech Partners is working with a boutique, neighborhood outpatient PT clinic that prioritizes quality over volume. We offer one-on-one, hour-long therapeutic sessions in a Pilates-based environment (reformers, springs). If you value deep, focused clinical work and clinical autonomy, you'll thrive in our loyal, local clientele setting.

Key Feature: Your schedule is built for success: 7 one-hour patients/day with a 30-minute lunch and 30 minutes of note time built into the day—no rushing charting after hours!

Your Impact: What You'll Do

You will provide specialized, individualized evaluation and treatment, primarily in outpatient orthopedics (low back, joint replacements) Pelvic Health and Vestibular Care is a plus.

• Deliver Excellence: Provide 1:1, hour-long evaluations and treatments in an outcomes-focused model.
• Plan & Progress: Build and advance individualized plans of care across ortho, pelvic, and vestibular domains as appropriate.
• Integrate Tools: Utilize manual therapy and exercise; integrate Pilates apparatus when clinically indicated.
• Efficient Documentation: Document thoroughly and efficiently; complete daily notes within the built-in schedule time using Ablebox.
• Patient Partnership: Actively partner with patients to sustain engagement throughout the full-hour sessions.

The Ideal Clinician Profile

We seek a dedicated PT who aligns with a clinician-driven, creative, and patient-centered culture.

Required Qualifications:

• DPT (or MPT) and a state PT license in good standing.
• Strong manual therapy skill set.
• Demonstrated experience in Outpatient Orthopedics.
• Stamina and presence to manage energy during hour-long 1:1 sessions.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

• Dry Needling strongly preferred (must meet IL post-grad supervision requirements).
• Exposure to pelvic health/vestibular care.
• Pilates experience is helpful but not required (on-site training available).

Schedule & Compensation Details

We offer flexibility to fit a focused practice style:

• Primary Need: Weekdays 3:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Flexibility: Open to rotating/part-time coverage (e.g., two PTs rotating 3-4 days on / 3-4 days off). Weekends are a plus but not required.
