Job Description
Physical Therapist:
An excellent healthcare facility outside of the Enterprise, Nevada, area is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their team!
Pay: $34.00-$42.50/hour
Physical Therapist Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Schedule: day shift, 5-8’s or 4-10’s
- Setting: Outpatient
- Relocation assistance is available on a case-by-case basis
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Complete patient assessments to develop and implement an individualized care plan
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the patient, family, and care team
- Provide skilled, goal-oriented physical therapy while maintaining an ongoing assessment of the patient to make any changes to the care plan as necessary
- Maintain all records and reports per regulatory guidelines and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctorate-level program in Physical Therapy
- BLS Certification
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Open to new grads
