Valid State or Compact License required at time of submission

No set mileage restriction - but prefers candidates that aren’t local

Two professional references completed within two years of current date – must be completed by someone who worked with candidate in supervisory capacity

Candidates will float within hospital as needed

Copy of Nursys required at time of submission – pulled within the last 7 days

EPIC experience is strongly preferred (required for ER) – please indicate last facility candidate used EPIC
- Return Staff Policy – must be gone 1 year and still in good standing (will not allow them to return if they are local)

Copy of covid vaccination card required at submission. If requesting a medical or religious exemption traveler must provide the completed exemption request within 72 hours of acceptance (must use facility form)

Blocked Scheduling will not be approved

Clinicians will not be able to request timecards from their managers at any point during their assignment
- Pay: $64.00/hr "only" - when you complete the onboarding paperwork and your submitted to the position within 5 days. If onboarding and submittal are not completed within 5 days, you will receive a 5% decrease in hourly pay with a payrate of $60.00/hr.
