Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Current CA Physical Therapist (PT) license curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or any accrediting body approved by the U.S. Office of Education
- Experience Required: 2 years of physical therapy experience or combination of experience and education
- Experience Preferred: 1 year of home health experience
- Current CPR card for Healthcare Providers
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
- Ability to travel in our Contra Costa territory with no limitations
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills
