A facility located near La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time, permanent Physical Therapist to join their team! Details are below.
Pay: $38.00-$58.00/hourly
Physical Therapist Job Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct hire opportunity
- Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts
- Setting: Outpatient Rehabilitation
- Great therapy leadership and administration team

- Physical Therapist performs comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and establishes patient-centered treatment goals
- Monitors patient response to treatment, identify contraindications, and modify plans of care to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Collaborates with other team members and families to produce high quality of care
Physical Therapist Minimum Qualifications:
- Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
- Current BLS certification
- Pelvic floor training or interest in training is highly desirable
