Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team in Gainesville, Florida. This is a stable, rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. The PT will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings

• Implement therapeutic interventions—such as exercises, manual therapy, and modalities—to restore function and improve mobility

• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury-prevention techniques

• Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including PTAs, physicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and facility policies related to patient care and documentation

Qualifications

• Doctorate (DPT) or Master's (MPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Current Florida PT license or eligibility for licensure

• CPR certification preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous clinical experience preferred but not required

Work Environment

• Full-time position with consistent, predictable scheduling (40 hours per week)
