Location: Stillwater, OK

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (40 Hours)

Caseload: 5–7 Patients per day | 15–20 Patients per week

Job Summary

As a Home Health PT, you are responsible for performing Physical Therapeutic services for home care patients with various diseases or disabilities. You will provide intermittent services and preventive health measures, ensuring each patient receives the highest standard of care in a comfortable, home-based setting.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT preferred).
• Licensure: Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license.
• Certifications: Current CPR card (or completion within 30 days of hire).
• Driving Requirements: Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License, satisfactory driving record, and automobile liability insurance are conditions of employment.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Physical Requirements

• Strength: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull material or patients (up to/over 100 lbs).
• Mobility: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods with bending and stooping.
• Environment: Ability to work in a latex-burdened environment and with confused or aggressive patients.
• Sensory: Adequate hearing and vision (with or without correction) for reporting and patient safety.
• Stamina: Adequate stamina to handle stressful situations and a mobile work schedule.
